How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are shipped within 5 working days, the delivery time depends on your location. Yes, we ship internationally.

Can I check my order status?
Email scott@thebunn.ca with the name and email address used for the order.

What if I need to change my shipping address for an order?
- Email scott@thebunn.ca If the order is still pending, we can change it.
- Please provide your PayPal transaction ID (you can find it in your receipt from PayPal, or by logging in to your PayPal account).
- If the order has already shipped, you will be notified when/if the order is returned.
- If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Return Policy
The Bunn will happily exchange defective goods.
